da precisare che in questo particolare tipo di comicità che chiameremmo impropriamente “situazionale” il doppiaggio non può assolutamente restituire le inflessioni ed il senso preciso di molte battute. “Ricky Bobby” è probabilmente molto penalizzato dall’adattamento dei dialoghi nella nostra lingua, ma ciò non può bastare come scusa per uno spettacolo troppo povero a livello di idee e di contenuto. Tutto si regge sulla simpatia e la capacità istrionica degli attori, che però faticano non poco a risultare simpatici muovendosi in un tale vuoto pneumatico. Will Ferrell ci mette la solita fisicità, mentre Sacha Baron Cohen una spudorata faccia tosta che a nostro avviso lo renderà uno dei comici più important in the near future. Everything else is almost nonexistent.
The only consolation that films like "Ricky Bobby" can give is that, given the downward trend that these products are confirming the work of great and intelligent comedians such as Jim Carrey finally find the right account. Who will have the courage, even in America, not to recognize the genius, but not necessarily compared with the paucity of such works as the latter Ferrell?
